Rapidwriter

I am a writer with 20 published books - fiction and non-fiction -for adults and children.  (Severeal were bestsellers and they are in altogether 14 languages now). I have also written 11 commissioned screenplays (one was nominated for an Oscar and a BAFTA) and 2 performed plays.  I'm working on my first novel.

I am a writing Fellow with the Royal Literary Fund and I love teaching.  I believe passionately that anyone who wants to write can write so I am launching a website dedicated to giving know-how to writers.  My strapline is 'writers supporting writers' and that is exactly what I intend to deliver.  In addition to giving advice and guidance based on 30 odd years of writing, editing and how to get published, I will interview other writers I know, established, well-known names who will give the benefit of their advice.

I'd love to hear from anyone with queries, suggestions, problems and will do my best to respond as quickly as possible.

 I admit it's hard - but if you really want it, you can do it.
